When did Highwind Travel launch?

- We started Highwind Travel on May 20th, 2014.

How do I remove items from my cart?

- There is a trash can icon next to your quantity amount, hit that trash can to delete any item in your cart.

How do I change my quantity in my cart?

- Type in your desired quantity and then hit the "UPDATE" button to adjust your cart total.

What is your return & exchanges policy?

- We accept returns within 1 year and free returns if the item is defective. There will be a 20% restocking fee for unwanted items.

- Exchanges are treated as the same as 'unwanted' returns and will be assessed a restocking fee and return shipping will be charged. Free exchanges if the item is found to be damaged or defective.

Please email "brittany@highwindtravel.com" for exchanges and include "return" and your order number in the subject line.

Do you ship worldwide?

- We currently only ship within the U.S. (including Hawaii & Alaska). We plan on implementing worldwide shipping next year.

What about Shipping?

- Orders are sent out within 1 business day with USPS Tracking IDs. Standard shipping is 2-4 days. Expedited Shipping will be 2-3 days.

What about Shipping Updates?

- You are sent tracking updates via the email you provided. Please check your spam inbox for any missed emails. We send confirmation emails and shipping update emails. You can check the tracking status via the emails sent to you.

Where is your company located?

- Highwind Travel Headquarters is located in Portage, Michigan.

How can I pay?

- We currently accept PayPal, Apple Pay and standard credit card payments. You do not need a PayPal account to pay.

Can I cancel or change my order?

- If you have made a mistake when placing your order, please contact us to have it canceled or adjusted. We can adjust orders on our end so you get the correct items you want.

Are you accepting Campus Ambassadors at this time?

- We have begun organizing our ambassador program, please send applications and/or questions to highwindtravel@goldliongear.com

Do you have any promotional material to send me, such as stickers?

- We currently do not have any stickers or other promotional materials for sale. Please check back in a few weeks.
